THe Space

Rural, yet just a short scenic drive to town, the natural setting provides an oasis for foxes, birds, deer, and elk. Animal sounds and viewing are abundant. In addition to the wildlife, we have chicken hens that provide nutrient rich organic eggs that you are more than welcome to gather and include in your breakfast.

Located about 17 minutes to/from Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan or the Airport. 3 minutes to National Forest and numerous trailheads within minutes. 5 minutes to excellent trout fishing along the East Gallatin River.

The Main Home features expansive upper and lower decks, featuring 3 private spaces each with their own entrance. Each space has 2 beds & 1 bathroom. 2 common doors connect all 3 spaces if desired. The “main” upstairs space with a wrap-around wood deck has a full kitchen and the other 2 spaces (downstairs & yoga studio side have kitchenettes) 2 laundry rooms are available (1 downstairs & 1 upstairs)

The 2nd Home is nestled into a secluded corner area of the property and is surrounded by a garden utopia. It features 2 private spaces with separate entrances each with 2 beds & 1 bath. A full kitchen in the upstairs space and a kitchenette in the downstairs space. 1 Laundry room is available and is located in the upstairs space.
